IT'S SPRINGTIME!!! Winter blues are over, April showers have ceased, and spring has sprung bringing warm sunshine. The birds are chirping, the once-brown leaves are green, and the flowers are sprouting all around us adding to the scenery of a bright new season.
As we breathe in God's fresh air and admire the colors spring has to offer, let us not forget our precious bodies. Let's spring into action loading up with good, wholesome food, and don't forget to exercise and rest.

RECIPE OF THE MONTH
WALDORF CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup seedless red grapes. halved
1 large granny apple, diced
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup honey mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Stir together chicken and all ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Yields 6 servings.
